Welcome to LaBuBuME. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”). By using LaBuBuME, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LaBuBuME, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Use of the App
LaBuBuME allows you to upload your image and generate an AI-created Labubu-style doll version of yourself. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
You must not use the App to upload or generate any content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.
3. Image Processing
When you upload an image to LaBuBuME, it is temporarily processed by our AI system to generate your Labubu-style image. The uploaded photo and the generated output are not stored on our servers and are automatically deleted after processing.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including the AI models, design, logos, and other intellectual property, are owned by LaBuBuME. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant LaBuBuME a temporary, limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your AI Labubu-style image.
6. Limitation of Liability
LaBuBuME is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaBuBuME shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Modifications to the App and Terms
We may update or modify the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version will always be available within the App or on our official website.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe that you have violated these Terms or used the App inappropriately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sarajevo.
